Using our Government experience, we have developed a proprietary system to conduct full physical security surveys. We know that physical security is the protection of an organization's assets from threats that could cause losses or damages. This is achieved by a myriad of means, as simple as a lock or sign, to an integrated intrusion detection system. Our experts will assess and make appropriate recommendations in line with best practices and each individual client's corporate culture.

Maintaining a strong physical security posture is an ongoing process that involves a continual assessment of new assets and changing threats

When a business is faced with a crisis, the first step is to clearly identify the problem and assess the situation. Once the problem has been identified, the next step is to develop a plan to address the issue. Any plan should include a communications strategy to control the message and protect the reputation of the business. The crisis plan should also include a legal strategy to protect the interests of the business and its employees.

Once the crisis plan is in place, the next step is to implement it. This may require coordinating with other outside consultants, such as public relations or legal experts. Countering C.I. Gathering

In the world of industrial espionage and intelligence, counter espionage is the process of identifying and thwarting the activities of a competitor. It is a critical component of corporate security and a key part of the intelligence cycle.

The initial step in counter espionage is intelligence gathering. This can be done through a variety of means, including human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), and open source intelligence (OSINT). This information is then analyzed to identify potential threats.

Once potential threats have been identified, countermeasures can be taken to prevent or disrupt the activities of a competitor. These measures can include physical security measures, such as increased security at sensitive facilities, increasing corporate awareness to competitor intelligence activities and counterintelligence measures, such as counter-surveillance and counter-propaganda.

    Matters of a Discreet Nature

Our business is one of extreme trust. We are often the first to see or hear of a potentially damaging situation, often long before the media or even other C suite members.

We resolve sensitive matters in a way that is by design, never to be made public. It will be legal and often offer plausible deniability should that be necessary. We will act ethically and within the applicable laws.
